Application to Enrich Rare
Cell Populations - with Fewer Steps
EpiSep™ device for
characterization of breast and lymph node metastasis, stem
cell, and many other applications.
In a few rapid and simple steps
harvest pure populations from tissue, blood, and marrow for
use in cell culture, flow analysis or molecular analysis.
The results of harvesting
SK-Mel-28 melanoma cells performed with EpiSep are shown as
follows:

As can be
seen from this process, cells are released from the magnetic
capture particles in a manner that allows for further processing
(such as flow cytometry analysis) free of interference.
