EpiSep™ Pan Cytokeratin Start Up
Kits are used for the direct detection of a broad spectrum
of Cytokeratin positive human epithelial cells (i.e. circulating
tumor cells) from human or animal whole blood. Pan Cytokeratin
FITC conjugate recognizes Cytokeratins 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13
and 18.
The Start Up Kit includes the following: EpiSep™ Pan Cytokeratin with DAPI
and MCF-7 Cells (R1103-12)
NeoMag Slide Dock 3 Units (A1101-3)
Microvial Rotator (A2101-1)
This Pan Cytokeratin kit includes MCF-7 Cells
as quality control material to assure proper performance
of kit and reagents, testing procedure, and specimen preparation
protocols.
DAPI is provided to reduce the number of
false positive and false negative results by specifically
staining the nuclei.
