EpiSep™ Slides
Rapid, Scalable and Cost-Effective
Device for
Cell Sorting, Isolation, and Analysis
Antibody coated magnetic particles, and WaveSense’s
patented XRC™ lateral flow separation technology, are
utilized to sort and isolate sub-populations of cells that
express a specific antigen within minutes. The homogeneous
population of sorted cells is captured onto a small target
area of ~0.6cm2, which expedites identification
of target cells. Cell inspection and imaging can be performed
using manual or automated inverted fluorescent microscopes,
confocal microscopes, and digital imaging systems.

EpiSep™ allows for broad compatibility
with existing magnetic bead and capture antibody procedures.
Use any fluorescent based protocol including GFP, DAPI, MitoTracker,
Cell Tracers (e.g.: calcein), and immunofuorescent cytochemistry
methods that use FITC, Alexafluor, Streptavidin/Biotin, alkaline
phospatase, and Horse Radish Peroxidase with EpiSep™.
