UltraCytometry™ consists of high performance
magnetic bead-based methods for the isolation, sorting, and
multiparameter interrogation of diverse cell populations.
UltraCytometry™ methods are performed on The UltraPlatform™.
UltraCytometry™ is uniquely capable of simultaneous
quantification of individual cell-based variations in DNA,
RNA, and protein expression and interactions. UltraCytometry™
methods are particularly adept at solving rare cell capture,
sorting, and interrogation problems for applications such
as circulating tumor cells, mapping micrometastases, stem
cells and circulating endothelial cells.
UltraCytometry™ applications are implemented
using the EpiSep™ Slides, the core of The UltraPlatform™
System.
