UltraSort™ is comprised of a broad array
of applications for the sorting and isolation of cells, genes,
proteins, and/or molecules. When compared to conventional
antibody-coated magnetic bead separation procedures, UltraSort™
methods deliver dramatic improvements in sensitivity, purity,
ruggedness, cost, speed and post-capture flexibility for cellular
interrogation, analysis, engineering and expansion.
UltraSort™ applications are implemented
using the EpiSep™ Slides (1), the core of The UltraPlatform™
System(2). The open system design of The UltraPlatform™
means flexibility in your laboratory to the choice of reagents
that best meet your research criteria. This allows laboratories
to immediately use magnetic particles, assay reagents, and
antibodies that have already been validated on their samples.
The UltraPlatform™ is compatible with
reagent kits provided by other manufacturers and allows for
the easy conversion from complex, time consuming protocols
to efficient and streamlined procedures.
